East London Geographical Association Lecture: Global Development Goals

27 January 2016

Time: 5:00 - 6:15pm

Dr Stephen Taylor presents an informative lecture on Global Development Goals.

This event offers teachers the chance to upgrade their subject knowledge in the run up to the introduction of the new A Level and GCSE specifications in 2016. Sixth formers will find the content relevant to their A Level studies. This session gives an understanding of the impact of the Millennium Development Goals programme and the challenges and opportunities facing the new Global Development Goals programme launched in 2015.

The session will provide a useful overview, give case study examples and provide resources to take away. There will be an opportunity to network with other teachers and meet some of our trained geography ambassadors.

Open to: Teachers and students

This event is free of charge but places should be booked in advance.
