Profile
Dr Cavalli graduated in Dentistry at the University of Milan in 2011.
From 2012 to June 2019 he worked in the Periodontology and Implant Dentistry department directed by Prof Francetti in the Galeazzi Hospital where in December 2015 he completed a PhD in “Physiopatologic, Neuropsychobiological and Auxiliary Sciences of the Life Cycle” and he attended a postdoctoral Research Fellow program from April 2017 to April 2019.
In 2019 he won the prestigious scholarship from the International Team for Implantology that is sponsoring one year at QMUL, Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, The Royal London Dental Hospital, under the supervision of Professor Nikolaos Donos.
Dr Cavalli is a member of the European Association for Osseointegration (EAO), International Team for Implantology (ITI), Italian Society of Periodontology (SIdP).

Research Interests:
Dr Cavalli main fields of interest include bone healing, management of peri-implantitis and digital workflows in implant dentistry.
He cooperated also with the Biomedical Department of the Politecnico di Milano to conduct researches about dental implants biomechanics.
He is actively involved in research related to periodontology and implant dentistry.
