Profile

Dr Naidu completed his Undergraduate Dental Training at Barts & The London, School of Medicine and Dentistry at Queen Mary University. Following a period of working in practice in the West Midlands, he returned to London and worked at Whipps Cross Hospital as a Senior House Officer in the Oral & Maxillo-Facial Surgery Department, working in a unit that specialised in Head & Neck Surgery. During this time he also completed the Diploma for Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties (MJDF).

Dr Naidu then returned to The Royal London Hospital to complete his MClinDent in Prosthodontics and has been accepted for Membership in Prosthodontics (MPros) by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. These qualifications allowed him to be added to the Specialist Prosthodontic list by the General Dental Council.

Dr Naidu is currently involved in undergraduate teaching at the Dental Hospital on a part-time basis and also works at his practice in Essex with a personal interest in the management of cases of tooth wear and failing crown and bridgework. He is also involved with the Barts & The London Dental Club supporting our dental alumni community.

Teaching

Dr Naidu is involved with Undergraduate Dental Education on a part-time basis. This involves supervising dental students during their treatment clinics in the Adult Oral Health Department as they carry out a broad range of restorative treatments on their patients.
