Degree Apprenticeships

Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (Social Change)

What is a Degree Apprenticeship?

  • Degree Apprentices are employed and split their time between university study and the workplace.
  • The employer pays for the tuition fees with the apprenticeship levy and in return the Degree Apprentice works on live projects and client briefs.
  • Degree Apprenticeships have become one of the fastest growing routes to attracting top talent into business through the promise of on the job learning and a fee free degree.
    • Example: QMUL BSc Business Management (Social Change):
      • 1 day a week at Queen Mary attending lectures and seminars.
      • 4 days a week working at the employer, applying principles to live projects and briefs.
