Staff wellbeing

Staff are working in a range of ways at the moment. The university has provided guidance to enable students and staff to carry out their student and work in a Covid-secure way.

We are re-opening an increasing number of facilities across our London campuses for our students and staff to be able to continue their studies and work in a Covid-secure environment.

If you are anxious due to the outbreak, you can access support via our Employee Assistance Programme.

We've put together a range of resources to support you during this time and help address the challenges of working remotely.

Staff with caring and other significant responsibilites

We recognise that many of you will not be able to make alternative childcare or other caring arrangements over the coming weeks and months, and you may not be able to commit to full working hours during this time. We will do everything we can to accommodate your situation.

The HR team have put together guidance to help you manage your work and personal commitments.

Wellbeing support for staff

There are many channels of support available to you during this time. The HR team are regularly updating this list of resources.

Staying entertained at home
