UACES 46th Annual Conference | 5-7 September 2016

5 September 2016 - 7 September 2016

Time: 9:00 - 6:00pm
Venue: QMUL, Mile End Campus, London

Join us in London for a three-day interdisciplinary conference covering all aspects of European Studies, at which over 450 research papers will be presented.

London is one of the most diverse cities in world with a kaleidoscope of cultures, people and history, with the East End being a rapidly developing part of the city, and destination for the 2016 conference. Sample a curry or grab a bagel on the famous Brick Lane; take a stroll down the historic Regent’s canal and experience Broadway Market’s cafes, shops and stalls; or visit London’s Olympic Park and its iconic sporting venues. If you're up for even more, hop on a train and be ready to explore the sights of central London in only 20 minutes

ArcelorMittal Orbit

Queen Mary University of London and its recently established Centre for European Research and the School of Politics and International Relations, will host the conference, providing an interdisciplinary forum for the exchange of ideas on research and teaching on Europe in the heart of London’s East End.
