Exploring the Investment Mediation Universe

This year’s Annual Lecture in Dispute Resolution will be delivered by Frauke Nitschke, Senior Counsel at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, on the topic of “Exploring the Investment Mediation Universe”. From the inclusion of mediation in an increasing number of international investment agreements, to new investor-State mediation rules at ICSID, and a growing body of investment mediation cases—the topic of investment mediation has moved into the dispute-resolution spotlight for a reason. In addition to current developments in the field of investment mediation, Frauke will also look ahead at future challenges and opportunities for mediation in the sphere of international investment law.
