Charles Gordon will be giving a presentation on the FCA test case on business interruption (BI) insurance coverage for Covid-19 related business closures.

He has been advising funds investing in insurance companies with BI exposure to Covid-19 claims and will be sharing some insights on the test case as well as drawing out some of the main points from the High Court judgment handed down on 15 September.
