This full day conference organised by the Insurance, Shipping & Aviation Law Institute (ISALI) at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University of London will consider topical issues in the law on Ship Finance, Shipbuilding and Ship Sale and Purchase, focussing on the contractual issues that arise in these three areas but also addressing the insurance and dispute resolution aspects.
