Institute of Transnational Commercial Law Roundtable

Title: The importance of soft law and standard contracts (e.g., FIDIC, INCOTERMS, UCP500, 600 etc.) in arbitration and litigation

Carol Mulcahy (Partner, Bryan Cave Leighton LLP) and Raid Abu-Manneh (Head of International Arbitration, Mayer Brown International LLP) will join a roundtable discussion held by the Institute of Transnational Commercial Law.

Professor Rodrigo Olivares-Caminal and Professor Ioannis Kokkoris will introduce Dr Garry Gabison who will give a lecture on Game Theory in Sovereign Debt Restructuring.
