Graduate jobs and internships

We can help you find graduate level work in various ways:

Access over 1000 graduate jobs through our jobs board – simply sign up and create a profile to browse the opportunities available. Register for QTemps for temporary full time work on and around the Mile End campus.

Help with the recruitment process

To prepare for online psychometric tests take advantage of our subscriptions to Graduates First. If you have an interview coming up, you can use our practice online interview software. Register your free account and you'll have access to a library of 7000+ interview questions and can create your own custom set of questions, or take a pre-made interview.

You can also access eCareersGrad's interactive Interviews course.

Course includes:

  • 30+ high quality student-led video answers highlighting what good looks like (and doesn’t) for popular sectors such as Consulting, Banking, Finance, Law and the Public Sector
  • All videos include accompanying recruiter commentary and written answer transcripts
  • 10+ recruiter answer scoring guides and illustrated answer structures for dealing with introductory, motivation, competency, strength-based (and weakness), scenario and other common questions
  • Spotlights on mastering 1-way video interviews, interactive exercises, multiple choice ‘knowledge-checkers’ and more.

Careers events

We run over 100 careers events every year and as a recent graduate, you can still attend these. We will run an online events programme up to Christmas 2021 featuring employer panels, presentations, career fairs and careers consultant-led workshops. Find out more on our Events page.

Great Grad Job Hunt videos

Watch the video diaries of graduates from across the University of London seeking work after university to learn what worked for them, and get advice from careers professionals on finding work after university.

Keep in touch

Fifteen months after graduating you will be asked to complete the Graduate Outcomes Survey to find out what you've been doing since you left us. We'd really appreciate you filling this in, as the anonymous survey results help us to inform current and prospective students about what they can do with their degree from the Queen Mary. They also, importantly, affect Queen Mary’s University rankings and our reputation.

Supporting you through COVID-19

We know that being a graduate looking for work right now has a unique set of challenges and we want to support you in every way that we can. #Adapttosucceed is our campaign designed to help you find your feet after university in this unusual time, so take a look at our #AdaptToSucceed Hub to find out all the information, advice and guidance we can offer you particular to this situation.
