Profile
Lilian Schofield is a Lecturer in Non-Profit Management with a background in Public Administration and International Development. Her current teaching interests are (i) Non-profit management and social change, and (ii) Critical management pedagogy. Before joining QMUL, Lilian was with the University College London, Development Planning Unit, MSc Development Administration and Planning and led the 'Development in Practice' module. She also taught on modules such as ‘Organisational Management advanced’ at UCL, The Bartlett School of Planning Construction and Project Management.
Lilian completed her PhD in the Department of Human and Built Environment at the University of Salford, Greater Manchester. She holds an MA in International Development majoring in Poverty, Conflict, and Reconstruction from the Institute for Development Policy and Management (IDPM), now the Global Development Institute, University of Manchester, and a BA in Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. Lilian is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
