Monica is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over a decade of experience leading projects in this field. Specifically, she has experience in the following areas:

• Leadership Development
• Talent Management
• Learning and Developing
• Change Management
• Diversity

Monica is currently working as a Management Consultant advising public and private sector organisations on issues relating to the assessment, development and leading of their people for organisational success. Previously, Monica spent over eight years working for the Metropolitan Police Service at Scotland Yard, including a stint in the Leadership Academy.

In 2010, Monica was selected for a Fulbright Research Fellowship and became a Research Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. During her Fellowship, Monica researched best practices at the NYPD, FBI, LAPD and Canadian Police College.

Monica has presented her work and spoken at number of events and conferences including the Senior Women in Policing Conference, British Psychological Association conference, Institute of Work Psychology conference, the Association of Business Psychologists conference, CIPD events and the Distinguished Speaker Series at Goldsmiths College, University of London.

Monica is currently Co-chair of the Harvard Kennedy School London Alumni Network and organises events for the Harvard and Ivy League community in London.
