Business Support Coordinator



The Business Support Coordinator is a member of Professional Services in the School of Business and Management who provides operational coordination of all activities related to business support within the School. The are responsible for liaising with Estates management and monitoring Health and Safety procedure and to undertake this duty in liaison with the Business Support Manager as well as QM Central Services, external contractors and suppliers.  

Sheraz provides administrative support for expenditure using Agresso on-line purchase ordering system and is  responsible for the School’s credit card usage. He is responsible for Asset Management system (IT equipment) and purchase the School’s software and IT requirements, and distributing these resources. He is arranges non-teaching room bookings and non-teaching hospitality bookings. He undertake all risk assessment within the School. 

The Business Support Coordinator sits in the Executive and Operations Team and is line managed by the Business Support Manager.
