Profile

The PhD and Research Administrator is responsible for delivering programme and module support for the PhD and MRes programmes. They undertake research administration tasks and support the Research Manager.

Grace coordinates the MRes and PhD induction programme, updates student records and the student handbook. She updates supervisor allocations and monitors student-staff progressions. She also processes PhD student expenses and records standard operating procedures in the areas of PhD programme activities.

She is the committee secretary for the PhD Programmes Committee and SSLC. She longlists for PhD applications and organises scholarships. She organises the annual PhD Symposium and refresher training workshops.

The PhD and Research Administrator sits in the Research team and reports to the Research Manager.
