The Strategic Project Manager also supports similar activities for other Schools in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Emm manages a programme of projects for business accreditation: EQUIS, AACSB, Athena SWAN, in association with the Dean of the Business School and the Schools Executive Committee. She ensures stakeholders are consulted and fully engaged with these projects, and acts as the School's central point of contact for all matters related to School accreditation, by providing progress and project reports at senior management group meetings, and briefing other stakeholders as appropriate. Emm leads activity with other professional services directorates (including Finance, Research Services and HR) to ensure the timely production of data required to meet accreditation criteria, and manages the accreditation budget in conjunction with the School Manager. The Strategic Project Manager leads the Project Office and reports to the Faculty Operating Officer (HSS) and the Dean of the School of Business and Management.Research
