Biography:

Dr Chen Huang joined the School of Business and Management at Queen Mary University of London in 2023.

Before joining Queen Mary, Chen was a lecturer at the University of Kent. Chen holds a PhD in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bath.

His research interests mainly cover empirical topics in accounting and finance, including accounting regulation, non-financial reporting (e.g., carbon emissions disclosures), Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Merges and acquisitions (M&As), and venture capital (VC).

Research Interests:

Accounting regulation, non-financial reporting (e.g., carbon emissions disclosures), Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Mergers and acquisitions (M&As), and venture capital (VC).
