Arianna Rotulo is a PhD candidate at QMUL Global Public Health Unit. Her project – funded by ESCR – concerns the evolution of fiscal federalism and fiscal decentralisation in healthcare in England, Italy, and Spain. She graduated in Global Health in 2015 at Queen Mary University and in 2016 she attended a MSc in Public Policy at UCL.
