Since obtaining an MSc in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Westminster, Ann has worked on several large research projects. She has 4 years of experience in managing research projects. Most recently Ann coordinated a large NIHR funded pragmatic RCT with the MRC examining weight loss in primary care.
Ann has been working in research for 10 years having completed an MSc in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Westminster in 2008. Ann has experience in managing several research projects. In her last post, as a trial coordinator with the Medical Research Council, Ann coordinated a multi-centre NIHR funded RCT examining weight loss in primary care. Since April 2014 Ann has been working as the Senior Trial Manager at the PCTU. Her role involves providing advice, supporting trial coordinators and monitoring the progress of PCTU supported trials. Ann has taught on the Introduction to Clinical Trials course for the last 3 years. Ann also serves as Senior Trial Manager on several large, NIHR funded studies, all of which focus on pragmatic evaluations of complex interventions.
