Summary
Alicia Green qualified as Specialist in Internal Medicine and adult Gastroenterology in her birth place Venezuela. She moved to London in 2004 and worked as a Senior House Officer and Research Fellow in the Gastroenterology department of St George’s Hospital in Tooting. She completed the MSc course in Gastroenterology at Queen Mary University of London in 2009 and is currently a Clinical Teaching Fellow for the MSc and Distance learning Diploma in Gastroenterology.
Teaching
Postgraduate teaching responsibilities include organising and teaching for the MSc in Gastroenterology, provision of on-line tutorials to overseas students, instruction in endoscopic techniques with the use of a simulator. She also works as a facilitator of the problem-based learning (PBL) programme for undergraduates.
