Anisha is responsible for facilitating the usage of online engagement systems. Her duties consist of managing the Queen Mary Alumni network usage, monitoring interaction, and working with the CRM database. Her role is to ensure the correct information about registered alumni is transferred across and ensure the functionality of Queen Mary alumni software is maintained.
