I assist the Vice Chancellor and oversee the financial & administrative activities and as a company law specialist, I have been able to understand and deal with legal and corporate issues affecting the teaching, research and administration of Makerere University.

With graduate qualifications, academic and professional work is much more rewarding and appreciated than administrative work.

The school of International Arbitration at Queen Mary trained me into one of the renowned Arbitrators in Africa and as a Fellow of The Chartered Institute, I am tasked to promote ADR worldwide.

Advice to current students
Queen Mary, and especially CCLS is a very reputable school worldwide and if you excel at that centre you will gain access to global opportunities.

Your news
Since leaving Queen Mary,  I have been admitted to the Membership and subsequently Fellowship of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of the UK and membership of the German Institution Of Arbitration (DIS) and I am moving up the Arbitration ladder, courtesy of the education attained at Queen Mary.
