Campus Visit Day

This day is for students who are planning on starting their first degree, and have not completed a first qualification at a University.

During the day you will have the opportunity to:

• Take a Campus Tour. You will be shown around by a current Queen Mary student who will answer all your questions and tell you the realities of studying here. The groups are small so that you have the chance to ask as many questions as you like on a informal basis.
• Attend a general talk on student finance and budgeting, and how to impress an admissions tutor on a UCAS form (without lying!). There will also be a special session for parents.
• Visit our brand new Student Village. The new Student Village adds 1,000 ensuite rooms to our existing accommodation at the Mile End campus. The Village includes a café-bar, launderette and landscaped gardens.
• Meet with departmental representatives. Get all the answers to your questions regarding your choice of course by speaking to the experts.
• Find out about about the Student Union. Members of the SU team will be there to give you all the information you need to plan your social life at the College.

Please note that there is NO PARKING at the Mile End Campus, and the surrounding area is a Controlled Parking Zone, so you are strongly recommended to use public transport.
