Students’ innovative ideas awarded at the LIVE finals

The QMUL Library Innovation, Vision and Enterprise (LIVE) competition asked students to come up with ideas to improve the Library. Five finalists, selected by students through an online vote, presented their ideas at a judging and awards ceremony on Wednesday 23 March.

The ideas ranged from introducing hand sanitiser, whiteboards and more computers in the Library, to ways to reduce ‘desk hogging’ and finding out which seats are available. More details along with a list of winners and their ideas is on my.qmul.

We’re always interested in hearing how things can be improved at QMUL. There are a number of ways you can do this. The National Student Survey is currently open to final-year undergraduate students while the Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey is open to postgraduate taught students.
