Early enrolment

If you are starting your course in September you have the option to select early enrolment onto your programme - this means you have the opportunity to book onto one of the early enrolment slots before main enrolment starts (after you have completed your pre-enrolment). Early enrolment is only available in September so if you are enrolling at other points in the year please see the 'January start 2018' or 'All other enrolments 2017/18' sections for information on how to enrol.

Welcome Week enrolment

Our main enrolment period takes place during Welcome Week (18-22 September in 2017). If you were supposed to enrol during Welcome Week but missed your slot please select one of the options below to see what you need to do:

Information will be available later in the year for students enrolling on the following programmes/schemes:

Spring Study Abroad students

Specific enrolment times will be given to you by the Global Opportunities Office

Pre-Masters Diploma Students

Information will be available later in the year.

Research Degrees Students

Information for January enrolment will be available later in the year. For monthly enrolment dates, please check the Research Degrees Office website.

Physician Associate Studies

All other programmes

These include:

  • Spring Student Abroad late enrollers
  • International foundation students
  • Academic Development Programme
  • Any other postgraduate taught associate student

Information will be available later in the year.

If you don't think that you will be able to make your specific enrolment date once you have it, please see our 'Late or missed enrolment' section for details on what to do.

There is an enrolment deadline for most programmes which is usually around two weeks after the specified enrolment date. Many programmes will not accept late entrants as it is very difficult for students to catch up on any work they may have missed during the first two weeks of teaching.

January enrolment usually takes place in the Enrolment Centre, which is in the Colette Bowe Room, Queens’ Building, at the Mile End Campus. The Queens' Building is marked as number 19 on the campus map:

If your programme does not start in September or January and you are not looking to enrol on a pre-sessional English programme then please see details below about where and when you can complete your enrolment.
