Distance learning students: pre-enrolment completed

Thank you for completing online pre-enrolment.

To complete the enrolment process and become FULLY ENROLLED, you will need to pay your tuition fees, and email in certified copies of your photo identification and any required qualifications.

INFORMA applicants

For students who have applied through INFORMA, once you have completed pre-enrolment, you should supply INFORMA with certified copies of the documents listed below, by email:

  • Proof of Identification (such as the photo page of your passport if you’re classed as an ‘overseas’ fee payer, or your passport or drivers’ licence if you’re classed as a ‘home’ fee payer)
  •  Evidence that you have paid or made arrangements with the Fees Office with regards to your fees. See “Payment Methods” at the link below for payment arrangements: www.qmul.ac.uk/postgraduate/taught/tuitionfees/payment
An invoice for fees due will only be issued once you have pre-enrolled.
  • Certified copies of your qualifications
You will also need to send in certified copies of the qualifications you applied with (and an official certified translation of your qualifications, if the qualifications are not in English).

To complete the process and become fully enrolled, you do not need to come in to Queen Mary. You should send in the above required documents by scanning and emailing them to INFORMA. Please remember to pre-enrol first, so the student records team can process your documents for full enrolment when they are received from INFORMA.

Direct applicants

Pay your tuition fees

You have a choice of either paying all of the tuition for the academic year at the beginning of the academic year, or paying 50% of your tuition fees at the start of the year, and setting up a payment plan with the Fees office to pay the remainder (there is a £50 administrative fee for the payment plan, and a payment plan agreement needs to be signed before it can be formally accepted by the Fees office).

Please see ‘Payment Methods’ at the link below for payment arrangements: www.qmul.ac.uk/postgraduate/taught/tuitionfees/payment<</p>

Please note that you will not be able to complete enrolment until you have paid your fees, or made provision to pay your fees with the Fees Office.

Certified Documents and ID verification

Send a certified copy of your passport or UK drivers’ license, as well as certified copies of the qualifications you applied with (or your GMC number, if you’re a postgraduate in the School of Medicine and Dentistry), in to us by email to complete your enrolment.

After you’ve pre-enrolled and made arrangements to pay your fees, you need to complete enrolment and become fully enrolled. To do this, you will need to email a certified copy of photo identification (such as the photo page of your passport if you’re classed as an ‘overseas’ fee payer, or your passport or drivers’ licence if you’re classed as a ‘home’ fee payer). You will also need to email in certified copies of the qualifications you applied with (and an official certified translation of your qualifications, if the qualifications are not in English). To complete the process and become FULLY ENROLLED, you do not need to come in to Queen Mary. You should send these in as scans attached to an email. The certified documents needs to be emailed in to distancelearning@qmul.ac.uk, with the subject line to reference your application number, and the Student Records team will then complete the enrolment process for you. Please see the section below for more information. Once the Student Records team has received your scanned documents, we will complete your enrolment for you within 2 to 3 days. All of the required documents need to have been received before your enrolment can be confirmed.
