Pre-enrolment is the first stage of the enrolment process and is completed using MySIS (QMUL's Student Information System portal).
You will be sent an email from mid-August or later, which will include details of how to access MySIS (the student record system) and an invitation to pre-enrol online. If you do not receive this information or are unable to access MySIS, please contact the Admissions Office on +44 (0)20 7882 5511 (undergraduate students) or +44 (0)20 7882 5533 (postgraduate students), or use the Admissions team email address which is mentioned in your offer email.
Pre-enrolling through MySIS
Please ensure that you have completed pre-enrolment before your QMUL enrolment slot. If you do not have access to the internet, computers will be available for you to pre-enrol upon arrival at qmul and prior to your enrolment slot.
Once you have access to MySIS you will see that pre-enrolment is available via the 'My Enrolment' option in the menu. Pre-enrolment consists of a number of screens which require you to submit personal and academic information. The system allows you to revisit the site as many times as you need in order to add or edit information up to the point where you complete pre-enrolment.
The online form will ask you to submit your term-time contact address – if you don’t know this yet, enter your home address details or provide your most recent contact address. If you find out your term-time address after completing pre-enrolment but before enrolment, please make sure you update your address via MySIS before you enrol.
Once you've completed pre-enrolment, you will be able to download and print your Pre-enrolment Certificate, which you must bring to your enrolment slot.
