Thank you for accepting your offer of a place on a Queen Mary, University of London distance learning programme.

Online Pre-enrolment

This is the first part of the overall enrolment process and you must complete it before you can become fully enrolled. Once you have applied to Queen Mary, University of London, met the terms of your offer and confirmed your place with our Admissions and Recruitment Office you will be sent an email which will include enrolment information. This email will be sent in August or later depending on when your place is confirmed and will provide details of how to log in to MySIS (the Student Information System portal) where you will also be invited to pre-enrol online.

All students are required to pre-enrol online. You can do this from 24 August 2011 onwards via MySIS.  To gain access you will need to login by entering your username and password.  You should already have these as part of the application process but they are also included in the email ‘Enrolment Information’. If for any reason you have not received this information or you are not able to login please contact the Admissions and Recruitment Office. Freephone: 0800 376 1800. Once you have access to MySIS you will see that pre-enrolment is available via the “My Enrolment” tab on the left hand side. Pre-enrolment consists of a number of screens which require you to submit personal and academic information. To complete pre-enrolment and progress to the next stage you must complete all of the fields. We understand that details can change and so the system allows you to revisit the site as many times as you need in order to add further information or edit that submitted previously up to the point where you complete pre-enrolment. Thereafter you can change details like your address via the applicant portal.
