Dr Reid-Henry’s new book about Fidel Castro and Che Guevara is reviewed in the Independent. “Reid-Henry brings back the danger and intense emotions of that revolutionary period. His omniscient position and colloquial prose suit the action, so that it reads like adventure fiction. I had to pinch myself to remember that this happened. Che and Fidel were not a Quixote and Sancho Panza.”
