Enrolment and fee payment
Enrolment

To enrol onto our academic programme you will complete a Queen Mary Enrolment Form, after which your photograph will be taken and you will be given your Student Identification Card/Library Card. You will also be asked to check the personal details that the College has on file (name, address etc). You will be asked to give details of your next of kin for use in emergencies. Please notify the Recruitment and Admissions Office of any changes to your London (or home) address during your study here.
What you need to bring to enrolment:
- Passport as proof of identity.
- Proof that your tuition fees have been or will be paid. (If you are coming through a programme, eg Arcadia, Butler, etc, or if you are an exchange student or are paying your fee direct to your home institution, then you do not need this proof).
Tuition Fee Payment
The tuition fee for the Autumn Semester 2013 or the Spring Semester 2014 semester is £6,375. The 2013/14 Full Year fee is £12,750. Tuition fees should be paid prior to enrolment. For further information, including details on how to pay your fees, please refer to our Fees and Finance page.
Special needs
We have a wide range of services and facilities for any students who have disabilities or have special requirements during their stay at Queen Mary. Please ensure that Harry Gibney in the Study Abroad Office (h.gibney@qmul.ac.uk) is made aware of any requirements you may have (this includes extra time in examinations for students who have dyslexia).
Queen Mary email address
As part of the enrolment process, you will be given a Queen Mary email address. It is important that you check this account frequently as any official correspondence including Study Abroad student news, reminders on procedures to follow and details of deadlines you will need to know about will be sent to this address.
All of my subjects were very interesting and well taught. As a Study Abroad student, I especially enjoyed how London and the UK were incorporated into the learning, which is a major benefit of studying in London.
