Laura wins awards to attend prestigious conference
Two travel awards enable Laura to travel to the United States for prestigious scientific conference.

Laura Menke (ESR 3) has won several internal and external awards to attend the Gordon Research Conference on Cell Biology of Megakaryocytes and Platelets in Galveston, Texas in late February.
Laura has been selected as the only PhD student from the UK and will give a talk at the conjoined Gordon Research Seminar about "Dihomo-Gamma-Linolenic Acid Alters the Proteomic Releasate Profile and Reduces Platelet Reactivity".
