Aims: to assess the potential role of primary care in helping stroke survivors returning and staying in work after stroke, at national level through qualitative analysis of a UK online forum, and at local level through focus groups involving all stakeholders: patients, carers, employer representatives, occupational therapists, GPs and clinical commissioners.
