Impact of degree on career choice and current opportunities
I am managing a £10m capital project at the Whitechapel Gallery to double the size of the building. I am also a music producer for singer/songwriter Gillian Glover.
Music imparts excellent analytical skills. I started my career in accountancy and moved into the arts.
Advice to current students
Spend time learning some skills in another sector before going into arts management.
