Alumni reunions and events
You are invited to attend over 100 events organised by the Collge each year. Each event is an ideal opportunity for you to meet or catch up with friends and former lecturers from your student days as well as current students and staff.
In addition to College events, you are also invited to our London based reunions and lectures or to our local UK regional reunions, overseas alumni reunions, career and networking events. Since its inception in 2000, the annual Alumni Campus Lunch and Mini-Reunions Day has attracted nearly 900 alumni back to the College. This year, we developed the Alumni Campus Lunch further and held our first ever two-day Alumni Reunion Weekend. Over 250 alumni from Queen Mary, Westfield, Barts and The London gathered together.
If you are part of a group that meets regularly and would like to invite other alumni to attend your reunion, do let us know and we will publicise your event on your behalf.

Tips on how to organise your own class reunions
- Plan 12-18 months ahead
- Choose a date (most people use their 5, 10, 25, 30, 40, 50-year anniversary of graduating)
- Put together a working team
- Draw up a plan for finding your lost contemporaries
- Decide on the type of event and venue
- Decide whether spouses/partners will be invited
- Prepare estimated cost and set a ticket price if applicable
- Contact your academic department
- Get in touch with the Alumni Relations Office and request our Organising a Reunion guidelines
