New Sustainable Food Policy

As the College plays a significant role in the food chain, both as procurers and providers of food we have a responsibility to address the sustainability and carbon intensity of our food supply chains whether it is provided internally or through contractors.
In order to do this, the College has adopted a
- Customer engagement
- Fair trade
- Fruit and Vegetables
- Dry Grocery
- Carbonated drinks and water in plastic bottles
- Hospitality menus
- Cleaning materials
The College will monitor its performance and report on the progress of achieving the targets on an annual basis.
