Students: Gain Environmental Experience at QMUL!

Green Impact is back and we are looking for enthusiastic students to train as Project Assistants!
QMUL’s Sustainability team are currently offering the chance to develop communications, project management and leadership skills by supporting staff to reduce their environmental impact. As a position with responsibility that develops a diverse range of transferrable skills, the role will help boost the CV of any aspiring environmental professionals.
Green Impact is an environmental awards programme run by the National Union of Students in more than 50 Universities and Colleges and 100 Students’ Unions across the UK. Project Assistants will help recruit teams and then offer support to help team complete the Green Impact workbook. Although the amount of hours a volunteer gives will varies on how much help teams need, on average an hour a week is a huge help.
Training sessions covering all the skills a Project Assistant needs will be held on the 14th, 15th and 16th October.
